Join Prof. Susan Rosenberg, Founding Director of St. John’s University’s MA Museum Administration program, for a conversation with program graduate, Dylan Hammond ’18G, about his contribution to the National Air and Space Museum’s first major renovation since its 1976 opening. As a specialist within the Museum’s Collections Processing Unit, Dylan works on a small team responsible for the management, organizing, shipping, storage, and reinstallation of museum objects between three museum buildings. The Museum’s Transformation and Revitalization project will see all of its galleries transformed into modern portrayals of Aviation and Space History. Dylan will share his experiences at the world’s largest aviation and space museum, and his career path since graduating from St. John’s University.
