Kevin Rioux, Ph.D. and Rajesh Singh, Ph.D. will be panelists at an IFLA Satellite Conference entitled “Transforming LIS Education for Professionals in a Global Information World: Digital Inclusion, Social Inclusion and Lifelong Learning,” to be held at Vatican City on August 31st.
