The Nordic Journal of Library and Information Studies, NJLIS, now welcomes submissions offering empirical, theoretical and/or historical perspectives related to environmental and climate themed library and information-oriented research. Themes of interest include, but are not restricted to:

- Collections of literature on climate and environmental issues
- Patrons and environmental information

- The role of algorithmic platforms in shaping environmental information
- Climate change denialism
- Mis/dis/malinformation and the environment
- Information avoidance and climate change
This is a call for papers to the journal’s seventh issue, which is a theme issue due to be published in June 2023. Deadline for full papers: February 28, 2023.
