Each year, one award of $2,000 is presented to an outstanding student currently enrolled in an ALA accredited Library or Information Science program located within the New York Metropolitan area and at most three grants, up to $500 each, are awarded to reimburse recipients for tuition and/or costs for library related conferences that will not be reimbursed by a library or other agency.

Attached please find the description of the scholarship and grants to post. Feel free to make additional copies as needed. The applications are due by October 1, 2019. The scholarship and grants will be awarded at the NCLA Annual Installation Dinner on Thursday, November 21, 2019.
