DLIS Students and Alumni Present Academic Service-Learning and Independent Research Projects

What was originally conceived to be a workshop highlighting ongoing collaborations between Graduate Students and Faculty on the classroom applications of Geographical Information Systems turned into a DLIS-driven discussion about layering archival images and data over maps to provide historical interactivity to users and information seekers as evidenced by our work in Academic Service-Learning sites.
